Book an instructor by the hour for private instruction in all aspects of indoor climbing and technique. Request your favourite instructor for private tuition sessions and we will do our best to ensure that they are available to take your booking. These sessions can be booked up to 48 hours in advance.

Private sessions are bespoke – get tuition in any sphere of indoor climbing such as:

• Technique

• Training to get over the performance plateau

• Specific physical points such as strength or power endurance

• Specific styles of climbing, for example on-sighting or red-pointing

• More technical aspects of rope-work, for example how to protect an abseil with a prusik

• Re-threading for sport climbing outdoors

• Juniors can also work through the NICAS syllabus during private tuition sessions

£30 per hour for one child or adult, £13.50 for every extra child or adult up to a maximum of four
