 The Frutina Swim Centre provides a quiet warm and inviting environment where adults and children alike can relax, focus and learn without the usual distractions of a large, noisy, public pool.
The Centre is equipped with "flow" pools that feature a unique adjustable current which allows users to swim 'on the spot' (similar to a runners treadmill) whilst being able to observe themselves in the floor and ceiling mirrors. The generated current highlights the importance of developing a streamline body position for swimming and enables the coach / teacher to be constantly alongside their swimmer providing a focal observation and correction point.
