The Frutina Swim Centre provides a quiet, warm and inviting environment where children and adults alike can relax, focus and learn without the usual distractions of a large, noisy, cold and often dirty public pool

The centre is fitted with flo pools where swimming is taught to all standards. A unique adjustable 'tread mill' for swimmers to offer a tailor made current to suit the level of the swimmer. This special operation tool permits the coach/teacher to be constantly alongside their swimmer providing a focal observation and correction point.

"Going with the flo" encourages the correct streamline body position in the water. Going against "the flo" is particularly useful when first learning propulsive leg kicks and is a lot more fun than in a conventional pool.
