Applications for job vacancies at the Westway are only accepted if a covering letter accompanies the CV (see: How to Apply).
Generally, all short-listed applicants will be invited to a panel interview with the line manager and an HR representative. Interviews last approximately one hour.
Two interviews will be held for management and non management posts, one of which may be a panel interview. For some job vacancies, tests related to the post are used to assess ability to carry out certain tasks. Applicants are normally notified of the outcome of their interview within one week of the interview.
