You can now sign up for 12 weeks membership at the Westway gym and you will receive free membership on the highly successful Intashape fat-loss programme.

This is a 12 week programme that will ensure that you follow a healthy eating plan, whilst burning the calories required to achieve your fat-loss goals. You will receive a book and DVD as well as access to all the information on the Intashape website. Our instructors will get you started and show you how to use the score card. You will also receive monthly reviews and motivational emails.

£79 for 12 weeks. £5 registration fee will be charged (concessionary registration fee applies to unemployed persons, state pensioners and persons registered as disabled). New users will be required to attend an induction, which is offered free of charge for Intashape users.
