You can book an instructor by the hour for private instruction in all aspects of indoor climbing and technique. You can request your favourite instructor for private tuition sessions and we will do our best to ensure that they are available to take your booking. These sessions can be booked at short notice and are the most flexible of all sessions in our programme. Also bookable weekly in advance.

Private sessions are besopke - get tuition in any sphere of indoor climbing such as:

Technique
Training to get over the performance plateau
Specific physical points such as strength or power endurance
Specific styles of climbing, for example on-sighting or red-pointing
More technical aspects of rope-work, for example how to protect an abseil with a prusik
Re-threading for sport climbing outdoors
Juniors can also work through the NICAS syllabus during private tuition sessions
It is also a way to book an instructor and not be part of a bigger group – many parents book this way for their children
